Guests will get to taste 6 distinct 1847 wines accompanied by delicious dishes that have been paired by our Sommelier. The highlight of the tasting will be the 1847 First Pick Shiraz, a bold wine that is made from vines that are 40 years old and that have a limited production of 1500 bottles a year.
