If you want to ask us anything about these Terms and Conditions or have any comments on or about our website, please e-mail our customers service at customer@injoycollection.com.
These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which you can visit and use the In.Joy Collection™ website, the terms of any other documents which govern your use of the website, including the Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before placing an order with us as they contain important information.
If you are under 18 years old, you must let your parent(s) or guardian know about the Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy on www.injoycollection.com, and you must secure their involvement and approval before you register to use this website or any of its services. We reserve the rights to only accept orders from customers who are over 18 years old.

In.Joy Collection™ gift card |

a- Each In.Joy Collection™ gift card offers a range of products or services and the information we provide is correct at the time of print. b- b- Each In.Joy Collection™ gift card is a redeemable card for one (1) In.Joy Collection™ product or service only. c- The In.Joy Collection™ gift card can be used at any time, subject to the partner’s availability. Please refer to the specific product or service for details. d- In.Joy Collection™ gift card must be presented to redeem the product or service. e- In.Joy Collection™ gift card must not be damaged, defaced, altered or it will not be accepted by our partner(s). f- Without presentation of the original In.Joy Collection™ gift card, the partner will not provide the product or service except at the customer's own expense. g- Any text contents, images and/or photos used in any promotional literature of In.Joy Collection™, including but not limited to our website, albums, leaflets, guides etc. are for reference only and do not constitute any contractual agreements. Variances might occur between information in our literature and the actual products or services provided by our partners. In.Joy Collection™ reserves the rights to update any contents of its literature subject to availability of products/ services and/or market situations without prior and/or individual notice. All changes will be posted on this website at our soonest manner. h- Each In.Joy Collection™ gift card is equivalent to a mean of payment for a given product or service. All In.Joy Collection™ gift cards are non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash. i- Each In.Joy Collection™ gift card will show a serial number. In.Joy Collection™ gift card and the associated references must be kept safely and securely. In.Joy Collection™ will take no responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of impersonation or identity fraud. j- All In.Joy Collection™ gift cards are valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. To find out the expiry date, please email order@injoycollection.com or call our Concierge Team. k- In.Joy Collection™ gift card cease to be valid if it remains unused after the validity date and the customer will forfeit the value of the In.Joy Collection™ gift card. l- Each In.Joy Collection™ gift card is valid for one (1) person only, unless otherwise specified.

a- To use some of the services, you will need to register on the website. When you register, you will be requested to provide your personal details. In particular, in registering on the website, you must provide you legal name (corresponding to the one that appears on your identity document, if any), date of birth, phone number, email address and other requested information as indicated. b- Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing Information provided. In all cases, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. c- Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following email address customer@injoycollection.com. You should also view our Privacy Policy which explains how we look after your personal information. We may change registration requirements from time to time and, should any such changes be made, these will be details within amended Terms and Conditions as described above. d- You will receive a username and password as part of the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and all activities that occur in connection with these. You agree to immediately notify us of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your password or account of any other breach of security.

a- Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of product ordered, in our sole discretion, if we determine your order violates our Terms and Conditions. We will validate your order and debit card details submitted to us before accepting your order. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form (“your order has been received” email). b- Subject to further validation checks we may need to make, our acceptance of your order will mean that there is a legally binding contract between us and will be completed when we send an email to you to confirm that the products have been dispatched (“your order has been sent” email). This confirmation email will be sent to the email address given in your order form and will detail products ordered, payment method, cost. You must check all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect. c- We accept payment by most major credit/ debit cards. Payment will be debited to your account before the dispatch of your purchase. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. d- All credit/ debit cards holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

a. If you are a customer whose credit/ debit card is dominated in Euros, RMB or other foreign currencies, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit/ debit card company processes the transaction. |

a- Your In.Joy Collection™ gift card will be delivered by Hong Kong Post services. Your order will normally be dispatched on the same working day if ordered before 12:00n. and delivered the next working day (working day being Monday to Friday). Orders after 12pm will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered on the following working day. If for any reason, your In.Joy Collection™ gift card does not arrive, please contact us immediately on 852+ 5111 7750 . In.Joy Collection™ also offers a Saturday delivery. This service will be carried out by courier and therefore In.Joy Collection™ cannot say what time the In.Joy Collection™ gift card will arrive. b- In.Joy Collection™ cannot be held responsible for any damaged, missing or delayed orders caused by Hong Kong Post services. You are responsible for checking In.Joy Collection™ gift card is in a reasonable satisfactory condition when counter signing the receipt of delivery. Do not accept delivery if the In.Joy Collection™ gift card is damaged or alternatively sign stating that the package is damaged. If for any reason(s), your In.Joy Collection™ gift card does not arrive, please contact us immediately on . c- There is no minimum or maximum order requirement. If you would like to order more than six (6) In.Joy Collection™ gift cards, please call our Concierge Team on for more details. Please note that orders over six (6) In.Joy Collection™ gift cards will take two (2) working days to deliver. d- In.Joy Collection™ can send to you, directly to the recipient, or to another address at your request. Following delivery, risk of damage to or loss of the In.Joy Collection™ gift card will pass to you. If the delivery company is unable to deliver the In.Joy Collection™ gift card because of your unavailability or because of the inaccuracy of the contact details you have provided to us, any subsequent deliveries will be made at your cost. e- If you require an In.Joy Collection™ gift card urgently, or delivery by a specific date, we may make such necessary arrangements at an additional charge to you. Please contact our Concierge Team on for more details. f- Last order date, delivery times, opening hours and courier charges can be subject to change over the Chinese New Year, Christmas and New Year periods and other public holidays.

a- All In.Joy Collection™ gift card products or Experiences are offered subject to availability. b- Advance booking with our Concierge Team must be made a minimum of 72 hours before the Experience, unless otherwise specified. Some Experiences require a longer booking; please refer to specific Experiences for details. c- All In.Joy Collection™ gift card products or Experiences do not include travel, accommodation or any other expenses unless specifically stated. d- Each Experience partner may have its own Terms and Conditions (available upon request from the Experience partner). You are responsible for making sure you are aware of and comply with their Terms and Conditions. e- Please note that the selection detailed at the time of purchase may change from time to time. In.Joy Collection™ reserves the right to change its activities or its hotels, and also the Experiences provided and represented by In.Joy Collection™ during the validity of the In.Joy Collection™ gift card. f- Session lengths are approximate and are given by Experience partners as a guide to the total time you will be at their venue. Unless otherwise stated, you will normally take your turn with the supplier's other customers and there may be waiting time involved. Any itinerary provided to you is indicative only and the order of events may change.

Cancellations and rebookings |

a- Prior to your submission of an order, you may clear the items in your shopping cart at any time by clicking the “Remove Item” button next to the product you do not wish to purchase in your shopping cart. b- If you have submitted your order and received a confirmation email from us (see Ordering and paying section above) you can still cancel your order within 24 hours of the order being placed. To cancel your order in this way, please send us an email regarding your cancellation marked “order cancellation” to order@injoycollection.com. c- Please make sure you list your name, address and order number on the email. d- Once we have received your email notifying us that you wish to cancel an order, we will, if the cancellation email is received by us within 24 hours of the relevant order having been made, within 30 days re-credit to your relevant credit/debit card account any sum debited by us from that account. Any cancellation will incur a HK$ 150 administration charge. e- Any cancellations or rebookings must be made a minimum of 72 hours before the Experience booking time, unless otherwise specified. Some Experiences require a longer cancellation or booking; please refer to specific Experiences for details. f- Rebooking must be made with the same Experience partner and should be used by the expiration date; otherwise the customer will forfeit the value of the In.Joy Collection™ gift card. g- In case of non show, the In.Joy Collection™ gift card will be considered null and void and cannot be changed, replaced or refunded. h- If the Experience partner or customer cancels an Experience for reasons beyond their control, the Experience will be rescheduled for another mutually agreed date. We reserve the right to ask you some documentary evidences. i- Each Experience partner may have its own Terms and Conditions (available upon request from the Experience partner). You are responsible for making sure you are aware of and comply with their Terms and Conditions.

a- In.Joy Collection™ is not a provider of services and has no responsibility for any services or products provided or not provided by any Experience partner. b- In.Joy Collection™ is only acting as an intermediate for partners whose products and services are represented within all our literature. c- In.Joy Collection™ has contracted agreements with the Experience partners regarding the products and services to be provided and their standard of quality. However, In.Joy Collection™ shall not be liable for the service provided by the Experience partners nor for any misconduct by its Experience partners. d- Each Experience partner may have its own Terms and Conditions (available upon request from the Experience partner). You are responsible for making sure you are aware of and comply with their Terms and Conditions.

Restrictions on participation |

a- Some In.Joy Collection™ gift cards may be subject to certain restrictions such as minimum or maximum requirements; e.g. age, health or weight. You are advised to read the full details about an Experience before selecting it. b- Some Experiences are weather dependent. If bad weather affects a booking it will be rescheduled by the Experience partner at no extra cost to the customer. The Experience partners have their own weather policies, please refer to specific Experiences Terms and Conditions for details. As a reference, Experiences will be cancelled or rescheduled if the Hong Kong Observatory has issued a red or black rainstorm warning or typhoon warning signal number three (3) or above. The rescheduled Experience date must be on or before the expiration date of the In.Joy Collection™ gift card; otherwise the customer will forfeit the value of the In.Joy Collection™ gift card. In.Joy Collection™ is unable to reimburse travel, accommodation or any other expenses you may incur in relation to the cancelled Experience. |

The use of In.Joy Collection™ gift card and all others products and services are subject to the general Terms and Conditions of In.Joy Collection™. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time and we encourage you to review them as often as possible. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website. We are under no obligation to provide you with notices regarding changes to the Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions with all of our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance to the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”) of the People’s Republic of China and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the HKSAR. Where there are discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version will prevail.
